The Tulare Sci-Fi Con is seeking volunteer's to assist during the convention. Volunteer registration is done via the form below. Fill out the volunteer registration form and email or mail it back to TSFC by March 25, 2014. (If you are snail mailing it, it must be postmarked by March 20, 2014).

To volunteer for Tulare Sci-Fi con, You must be 16 years or older by 3/25/14. Minors ages 16-17 must have the Parental Consent, Medical Waiver and Indemnity Agreement (the form below) filled out, signed and returned with your volunteer registration form. All forms must be on file (prior to the show date(s)).

Note: All volunteers will be required to show a photo ID with date of birth when they check in at the Volunteer desk for their first assignment. A school photo ID and the signed parental consent form showing date of birth is acceptable.

If your accepted as a Tulare Sci-Fi con volunteer, your volunteer commitment is for 3 consecutive hours or (shift) on any given day. You may volunteer any or all of the days of the convention. We will supply you with a one-day convention badge for each day you do an assignment and you can enjoy all the convention has to offer when you are not on assignment that day. The badge is good for the day you volunteer and cannot be transferred to another person. If you do a shift on a day before the convention actually starts, you get to choose the day for which you get the badge. No assignments will be given out before the show except for a few pre-convention assignments (to be determined). We do not provide housing, travel, or meals to volunteers. As a Tulare Sci-Fi Con volunteer you can expect to enjoy being a part of the convention team and knowing that you assisted in making it happen.

The forms were created in Adobe Acrobat Pro and can be downloaded filled in using Adobe Acrobat Pro or equivalent form filling software. If you don't have Adobe Pro, use Adobe reader to fill out the forms, then print, sign and scan to email or mail them in. If you have trouble downloading the forms, please send an email to tularescificon@aol.com and they will be emailed to you. If for some reason the .PDF will not load in your browser, you can download the ZIP file and fill it out offline.
