Make sure you have the latest version Adobe Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Reader installed. Click on the .pdf document(s) below. The forms were created in Adobe Acrobat Pro and can be downloaded filled in and digitally signed using Adobe Acrobat Pro or equivalent form filling software. If you don't have Adobe Pro, use Adobe reader to fill out the forms, then print, sign and scan to email or mail them in. If you have trouble downloading the forms (REFRESH THE PAGE IN YOUR BROWSER). Exhibitor application, Payment (if applicable), Badge Request and BOE-410-D must be turned in (for all exhibitors) to TSFC by March 25, 2014. Exhibitor applications received after March 15th, must pay CASH at registration check in. All Concessions/Food vendors must submit the above forms along with their Food Safety Permit. Don't wait until the last minute. If you have trouble downloading the forms, please send an email to tularescificon@aol.com and they will be emailed to you. If for some reason the .PDF will not load in your browser, you can download the ZIP file and fill it out offline.

Parking & Registration:
All exhibitor's will park and register inside the complex. Enter through "Gate B" and proceed to "Gate 3". Your name MUST be on the gate list to enter through the exhibitor's gate. Once verified, proceed down "Media Street" to the "Hilvers Building" (Exhibitor's Registration). Follow the parking attendants who will guide you to an available parking spot and direct you to the registration area. Exhibitors will NOT be allowed to drive into the building to offload, you will be able to park near the entrance to offload and then re-park their vehicles in the exhibitor parking area.

Concessions Vendors:
Submit your Food Safety Permit with your Exhibitors Application/BOE410D and Badge Request.
Then contact your insurance company and add the Tulare International Agri-Center on your policy for March 29, 2014.

16. California Sellers Permit

TSFC is required to obtain a valid California Sellers Permit or Temporary Seller's Permit number from all exhibitors engaged in sales (including hand made/crafted items) at the Event. No Exhibitor will be issued badges or allowed to set-up their exhibit without a valid Permit. In addition, all Exhibitors, whether selling or not, are required to complete a California Board of Equalization form BOE-410-d. A BOE-410-d form is included in this mailing. Please fill this form out and return it to TSFC by March 25, 2014. Failure to complete this form may delay your registration on-site. California Sellers permit information can be obtained from the California Board of Equalization at (800) 400-7115 Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific) or at their web site: http://www.boe.ca.gov.
